The activating message was generated by an automatised service and it may be by some mail clients evaluated as SPAM and redirected to the SPAM basket of your mail server. Most probably you will find the message there. After activating please follow further instructions.

I have activated the link. Are we registered to the tournament?

Certainly not! After activating the Club registration link you have to login to the system and then continue with registering the teams to a specific tournament and category by choosing the Team Registration option. Then follow carefully the instructions.

No, in the new system you use your original login and password that you have loaded during the first club registration. This way you can update all the teams of the club registered under this login.

What is the purpose of the team ID number?

The team ID number must be used for bank specification of your payments for registration fee, lodging, indiviudal fee etc.

How can I change my team details, book accommodation, trainings, transport or add players to the players list? First login to the registration system by using your login and password, than click the Team Registration. Now you can see the list of your registered teams (in case there are more than you intend please inform us by e-mail), if you click the selected team you can update all the necessary details, book lodging, trainings, transfers or update your players list. When you input a new information please do not forget to always save it by SAVE button. You can check your current version of your team info any time.

Do we have to book lodging through the organizers?

Certainly not, you can book your own lodging of course. But please do note that we offer carefully selected and tested lodging options suitable for sport teams with a very good access to the venues and the centre and we are convinced. Our lodging prices are highly competitive and include also the tournament individual fee. You have to pay the individual fee separately in case you decide to book your lodging individually.

Can I modify the indicated number of persons?

You can modify the indicated number of persons for lodging without any problem till 30 days prior the arrival. After that dead-line the cancellation fees that are specified in section Accommodation must be applied. 

What to do in case of a forgotten password?

Choose the choice Forgotten Password on top of the page. Input your login and send. The system will generate a new password for login into the system. After login you can change this new password in your club registration.
