Please note that the registration fee is not refundable and the amount is netto - the bank charges are to be covered by the transferring team. In case the team will not be accepted to the tournament the payment will be fully refunded.

Please note that the Accommodation and individual Fee is netto - the bank charges are to be covered by the transferring team.

CANCELLATION FEES
The accommodation reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival. If it is less then 30 day, the cancellation fees will be as follows:

30 - 21 days
20 - 14 days
13 - 7 days
6 - 0 days 		fee:
30 % of the total amount
50 % of the total amount
70 % of the total amount
100 % of the total amount

The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the ordered number of persons. No refund will be given in case of a cancellation during the stay. A reduction in the number of persons in the team does not apply to any cancellation fee in case it does not exceed 2 persons.
