TEAM REGISTRATION
Only the on-line registration is accepted this year. Please follow the instructions carefully and then register. In case of any problems please do not hesitate to contact the organisers by the mail info@praguemasters.cz.
After successful registration on the on-line formula you will be provided with registration number. With the number you will be allowed to update your requests for accommodation, trainings, friend matches, list of players etc.

HOW TO REGISTER?
Fill in the gaps including the number of participants (roughly, you can update it later). Tick, if you request accommodation or trainings. Confirm by <SUBMIT>.

IF YOU REQUEST ACCOMMODATION go the accommodation form
The accommodation order
Indicate number of persons, term and requested type of accommodation (school, youth hostel, hotel B, hotel A, own arrangements). Number of person for accommodation must correspond with number of participants in the main form. Details can be updated or changed later.

The definit participation confirmation will be sent to you by E-mail before 5.10.2010

Provisional confirmation of your registration will be sent by return after your registration. You will be able to print it out. The registration is valid after participant fee payment only. Please E-mail or fax copy of the bank transfer.
You can return to your registration form and update if you login your registration number and pass word after entering www.praguemasters.cz.

DID YOU LOSE YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER?
In this case contact the organizers info@praguemasters.cz.  Please fill in exact name of your team and name of the contact person to the subject of the message. We will send your registration number by return.
But better is to print and save your registration, especially your registration number and password.

IN CASE YOU WANT TO REGISTER ANOTHER TEAM from your club
under the same contact person, continue by "Submit and register further team". New registration formula will be opened but with saved contact person specification.
