ACCOMMODATION
The lodging is provided from November 11.11.2010 till November 14.11.2010, and can be
extended both before and after these days (the teams are welcome to
arrive earlier for a training camp or leisure stay). All lodgings are
within an easy reach from the city centre and the tournament arenas. The
accommodation is arranged in the following categories (for further
specification of the offered hotels please see the internet page below).
In hotels/hostels the damage deposit might be requested (EUR 10–20/person)!! This amount will be used to cover potential damages
caused by the team members. The deposits will be returned upon departure when the rooms will be taken over by the reception staff.
The deposit routine depends on the regulations of each hostel.

Individual fee:
Any team that does not accept one of the above mentioned lodging alternatives offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee – EUR 25.00/per
person. This fee includes the tournament party.
Transfers:
Bus transfers to or from the airport or railway station may be booked
separately for special rate EUR 100/per team. The exact arrival or
departure details must be specified 7 days prior arrival at the latest.
